UPVC locking mechanism replacement

A very nice couple in Grays called this evening as they were unable lock there front door. I arrived to discover that the centre locking mechanism had failed I removed it measured up, ordered the parts following morning to then return at a time that best suited the household. I also recommended changing the euro cylinder to an anti snap and drill plate one these come with five keys.
