UPVC window locking mechanism

A nice gentleman from Rochford contacted me, he was worried about his kitchen window it wouldn’t lock, the handle moved round but just wouldn’t lock. I arrived to find that the mechanism inside had crumbled to pieces. I temporarily secured the window ordered a placement one and also a new handle he wanted white to match the rest of the property.
