UPVC window locks

Yesterday I had a call from a lady in Leigh on sea.

She was unable to open her bathroom window as one of the bolts in one was stuck in the locked position. I arrived opened her window with no damage, measured up for new parts, to then return at time that suits the customer to complete the job.
